Can I take the data plan off of my bill?
Okay so I'm ordering an iPhone 5, and smartphones are obviously required to have a data plan. So my bill is $102 a month because I'm using at&t next. After I order it and all that stuff, can I call and have the data plan removed from my bill? Because that's an extra $20 and I don't need data since I can use Wi-Fi and what not.
Nope.
If you have a smartphone, you must have a data plan.
Pretty sweet scam, huh?
Uhm, NO! Is this your first smartphone?
You can use an iphone on att paygo prepaid 10 cents a minute plan without data if it's unlocked and you own it.
- Will turning data roaming off save me from getting big bill overseas? From the uk, I'm going to netherlands, will turning data roaming off help me? I will be using my iphone 5 for camera music and games, maybe a few texts
- Should I Just Cut Off My $59.99 Cable Internet Bill and Get Unlimited Data for My iPhone 6? Sounds like a good plan; save an extra $60 bucks a month. I could use the phone as a hotspot. Also, I said should I cut off my cable Internet. Means I still have cable Internet.

- If you stop paying the iPhone bill. Will they take away the phone? Okay, so I got an iPhone for my birthday from my grandma. She has been paying the bill for me, but now since I'm getting my hair dyed all black. She threatened me to stop paying for the bill. I really don't mind, but I want to keep the phone for text apps and social media. It may seem like a stupid question, but I never heard anything about it. Anyway thank you if you have helped me in any way.
