No unless your trading it to a friend or someone you know no carrier allows trade ins unless you are on something like the Jump program with T-Mobile with that you pay off 50% of your phone and then T-Mobile pays off the other 50% so you can give them your old phone and get whatever phone you want to upgrade too it's pretty much yearly upgrades to any phone you want but it costs $10 dollars a month extra.
If someone does that, make sure that the iPhone 6+ is not a stolen unit coz it's impossible.
Short answer, no not for free. O2 have a recycle program where you can hand in your old handset, they send them away for analysis and granted everything fine you get your money in roughly 5 working days. With that money you can pay off your old agreement or put it towards your new phone.
Last time i checked Iphone 5s on recycle (if it's 16gb) is worth £165
