Can I transfer my apps to my new iphone?
I will be getting a new iphone later this month. I have a specific app I'm worried about that I think won't go on my new iphone. I have it downloaded on my phone and It is backed up and stuff but this app is no longer on the App Store. Will I still be able to transfer it to my new iphone if it is on my old iphone?
Yep, as long as you've synced and backed up your iphone all the data including the apps will be preserved and can be synced to your new phone. Apps that are no longer on the AppStore can still be downloaded if needed through the purchased section of the store.
Is the app Flappy birds?
As long as you backup in itunes then everything copies over when you setup your new phone. However if the app is old, it may not run well or run at all on iOS 7.

Yes you could still transfer it. It not being in the App Store doesn't affect this.
