Can I unlock an iPhone 5 that is still in a 2 year contract?
So I'm going to be studying abroad next year and want to bring my iPhone 5, but I can't use it unless it's unlocked. So if my 2 year AT&T contract is still active with the iPhone 5, can I still unlock it? I've read many forums that many people have, but I can't be sure.
Ya. It is called JailBreaking. Get your phone to a technical service centre for phones and they will do it for you for 10 bucks. If you jailbreak your iPhone then you will lose your warranty
Yes but when you unlock (jail brake) you will lose warranty and then it would probably screw up your phone

- Is my tmobile contract still continue after they went to no contract? As you may know Mobile went to no contracts not to long ago and is about to offer the iphone. I want to know will they still honor my contract or will I have to cancel and pay the cancilation fee

I want a new phone because i hate my samsung galaxy s3 (DO NOT GET IT) and i'm switching onto a plan with someone in verizon.(i currently have verizon i'm just going on their plan too). Would there still be a two year contract if it was a used iphone or maybe because since it isn't the newest version of iphone it just wouldnt? Sorry i don't understand any of that stuff.

- I have a big problem, i cracked my iphone screen and my home button and didn't fix it until a year later, i didn't fix my iphone for a year,? By this time, i have forgotten my password to unlock my phone, which led to my iphone disabled and linkin it to itunes. Finally remembere my password on itunes connected the usb. And itunes said, do you want to allow access info on iphone? Click continue. Then says please respond to iphone.Tho nothin cause its locked. I don't know what to do, because the photos on my iphone are precious to me and if i could get it factory reset id lose them all. Even tried icloud. With no sucess.
