Can I unlock my iphone 5 AT&T with R SIM 9 PRO?

I used R SIM 9 pro to unlock my iphone 5 AT&T and use it with Tmobil. I followed all steps and have T MOBIL anttena but I can't make a call and t-mobil signal will goes on and OFF. Any idea what is wrong?

The usual way I do it is just go to itunes (after plugging in my iphone to the macbook) then clicking sync and they would all be there, but not now. I also tryed clicking preview the file then import to iphone but when that happened there where NO photos there, i've also tryed with iphoto but can't figure out how and it is just really annoying me.
