Can I unplug my iPhone 4 while it is updating on my laptop?
It's already fully charged and I'm afraid that the battery life will lessen. Should I leave it plugged?

Do not unplug it while updating. Leaving it plugged in will not hurt your battery life at all.

If you unplug it WHILE it's updating it will just stop the update and stop charging.
If it's fully charged there's no reason to keep it plugged in.
