Can i use a deactivated sim to activate an old iPhone?
My family just switched over to T-Mobile, And i have an old sprint iphone 4s, iOS 7.0.3. The deactivated SIM card is still in the phone, but i know if i restore it, it'll ask to be activated. I need to know if the deactivated SIM will be enough to activate the phone.

Nope. The iPhone gets in touch with the carrier after you insert the SIM card, so if the carrier says the SIM card is invalid, you won't be able to activate the phone.
