Can I use a European charger on my American IPhone?
I'm traveling to Spain and need to convert the power obviously. As opposed to buying the whole converter-adaptor shabang… Can I just buy the European version of the iPhone charger off amazon and plug the USB into it?
Read the specifications for your charger. Many will work with both 110 and 220 volts, 50 and 60 Hz. If yours will work with 220v, 50 Hz, all you need to get is a plug adapter so you can plug it into the sockets in Spain -- no need for a voltage converter.
