Can I use a non service iPhone 4 VERIZON?
I want to buy an iPhone 4 from ebay (VERIZON version) but was wondering if I need service to get past the get started things or do I just need Wi-Fi. I don't want to use it as a phone, I want it like an ipod but I like the design of the iPhone thanks.
