Can I use a T-Mobile iPhone with a bad imei/bad esn with a different contract?
I have an Iphone 5c that has been black listed because the owner didn't pay the remaining balance on it. Can it be unlocked for another carrier or what are my options? It's not iCloud locked just bad imei
Can it be un-blacklisted? Yes, by the original owner paying off that final bill. THAT is the ONLY way it will or can be cleared up, and once that bill is settled, then and ONLY then, will the carrier that blacklisted the phone, un-blacklist it, so that it can be use on T-Mobile or any other compatible GSM carrier.
