Can I use a virgin sim on a locked EE iPhone 5s?

Added (1). And if I can't't how much does it cost to unlock it on EE

Obviously it's locked so it will only work with an EE SIM. Look on the virgin website and see if they do iPhone SIMS, I'd be surprised if they didn't
follow this link for cost and details of unlocking or go to any EE shop.

Yes, you'll have to go to EE and asked for the phone to be unlocked (there will probably be a fee involved) then you take it to virgin and get a card.
However I tried to put virgin on my phone and they told me their network doesn't do iPhones so you might need something else.

No you can't because it is locked to EE, you can go to some shops that will unlock your phone for like £10 or so then if you already have the SIM ready to go then stick it in if not just order one from the Virgin website or in a store.
