Can I use an iPhone I didn't buy from the company with virgin mobile?

I want to get service from virgin mobile to use an iPhone but I don't know if I can use my own iPhone without using one bought from them. I heard that they have good prices so I want to see if I can just bring my own phone & if they would let me still use their services.

Very funny… I just asked the same exact question! 22 seconds before you!

Probably not. The Virgin Mobile iPhones are CDMA & only the 4 & 4S are available in CDMA models. So if you have a 2G, 3G or 3GS no chance it will work.

Virgin Mobile allows only to activate Virgin Mobile phones. You won't be able to activate phone from different service provider on their network. Consequently if you want an iPhone, you will need to purchase it from their site or local store.
