Can I use my computer to organize my numerous iphone 4 apps?

Yes you plug in your iphone to your computer and Access itunes and once its downloaded you can do with what you please with your apps

Touch an app for 3 seconds until it wiggles, then drag it to another app, this will make a folder that can hold 9 apps and you can use this to organize all your apps in any way you please.
