Can I use my iPhone at vans warped tour?

Okay so it says I can bring my fully charged cell phone but says I can't bring a recording device but I can take pictures._. Wut._. This year will be my first year going, I'm going for my 15th bday^-^ and OF COURSE I'm GONNA wanna take MILLIONS of pictures of EVERYTHING:3 and this really confuses me<.<

Ughh Dx I'm so jelly! I wanted to go this year in Ohio (where I live) but yes. You can. Because last year & this year they're accepting cameras. Like the big professional ones and iPhones and whatnot. Have fun! Don't get hurt in those mosh pits xD

Okay, so I'm going to Warped Tour on Sunday and I was wondering how much money I should bring for food, water, merch, etc. Also, this may sound stupid, but, I have a pretty nice camera, and an iphone, and I was wondering is it safe to take them with, will I have to worry about pick-pockets, or anyone stealing my phone/camera/money? I've never been to an outdoor concert before, so I just wanted to know what to expect at the concert: D
