Can I use my iPhone in Europe?
Yes. You'll be able to use it, but unless you have an international plan, or some deal made with you provider, it'll cost you money. If you send texts, make calls or use data, it will cost you lots of roaming charges. So yes you can use it, but if you don't have a plan, it'll cost you quite a bit of money. You can get a temporary international plan for a bit more, just call your provider and ask about it
Yes you can. But it will cost probably a lot. Especially if you will use mobile data.
Although you may buy a local SIM card, it is almost certain that it wouldn't work, if your phone is locked.
