Can I use my iphone without syncing it to my computer?

My laptops been busted for a few weeks now and the only thing I have to use it our home computer. I don't want to sync it to that because I don't want my brother (he has his ipod hooked up) to lose his music. Do I NEED to hook it up? Can I just log in my itunes account stuff on it? And if I do have to hook it up, can it wait like a month or two for when my laptops fixed? I'm only asking because it keeps poping up on things like snapchat that I need to "connect to itunes to use psh notifications" Even when I said I didn''t want them to pop up.

Lol I have caught you second time. It's stolen phone and you are a uneducated thief so I donot think even if I told you how to you will not be able to get it running.
Take sim to cellular company and they will track it back to owner and return it.

You could use home sharing, but that only allows one computer. If you want to permanently sync to your laptop, you have to wait to use your itunes account
