Can I use sprint bad ESN in Europe?
My friend want to sell me iphone 5c for cheap but the screen is cracked and it's from sprint with bad ESN (reported stolen).
I live in Europe I I need to factory unlock it to use it for any carrier around the world and I need to get rid of the bad esn.
Is there people that does that? If I pay them they can get me a clean esn?
Can I unlock a sprint phone? I heard spring phone is not on gsm… Can I still use it out side the US. The prize he gave me is really worth it for 120$!

You need to look up the model number of your iPhone 5C. You can do so at this website:

If you have the model # A1529 or A1532, then it is a world phone and can be used on GSM networks abroad (meaning it can run both CDMA and GSM). If you have model # A1456, then it is CDMA only and can't work with the GSM networks in Europe.
If it has iOS 7 then you have no way to wipe it or turn off find my iphone without the original owners password.
