Can I use Wi-Fi abroad on my iPhone?

I turned off data roaming and cellular data, but can I use my relative's Wi-Fi without getting charged?

Depends, do you have a contact with your service saying that you can?
Most let you without getting charged if you have internet on your phone and use the Wi-Fi at your house… If you get it from a friends house and get the password you should be fine or et it off of someone else's phone should be okay too… I would look into your contract before you do though first.

If you are near a open Wi-Fi connection or have your own go to settings and wi-fi if it is nt connected it will say but then click it and select a network
