Can iPhone 4s parts work on an iPhone 5?
My iPhone 5 back facing camera does not work and I can't open any app that requires it. Would I be able to put an iPhone 4 camera in my iPhone 5 to make it work?
No. They are not the same camera. Go to an Apple Store for repair, or upgrade.
No, the module is completely different. Even the footprint on the motherboard has changed.
