Can iphone 5 get malicious virus from online downloads?

Iphones can't get viruses
Any OS *can* get a virus and anyone who says one can't is an idiot. I can't guarantee that something will or will not harm your phone especially because I do not own an iPhone anymore. The best thing to do is to make sure you can restore your phone if anything negative does occur as a result of your download. Sorry, I know this isn't the answer you wanted, but it is the right answer.
To give you some additional advice Web Of Trust (WOT) rates the site the download link points to as VERY POOR in all fields including security. I'd avoid, personally.
Any device that is connected to the internet can be attacked. Anyone who says different isn't living in the real world.
You can't install on an iphone that way which makes it more secure (unless you jailbroke it and install from anywhere). Thats why iphones are the most secure and why you don't have viruses like other phones have, as all installs go through the appstore and all software code is reviewed before it can even get into the appstore. No worries.
