Nope. IOS 12 is the last version of iOS that supports 32-Bit devices. IOS 13 and later do not support 32-Bit devices.
IPhone users are so stupid it makes me laugh so much inside and they make me feel greater than them.
The bottom end for iOS 13 are the iPhone 6s, SE and iPod Touch 7; for iPadOS it's iPad 5, iPad mini 4, and iPad Air 2.

Now she is saying that when she upgrades to a new phone I might be able to do the at&t "share an upgrade" thing and get an iPhone 5C! This is my first smartphone (I'm 15) and I'm so excited! I will have to wait until my mom picks a new phone though and it might take over a month. I'm very grateful and happy but I can't wait I'm so excited!
