Can iPhones be infected with Trojans?
So my Wi-Fi network at home got hacked with a "stealth Trojan". I use a MacBook, iPhone, and iPad on the Wi-Fi and I turned off my MacBook and iPad just in case. I'm using my phone to ask this. I'm just wondering, can an iPhone/iPad be hacked with a Trojan? And what about a MacBook?
A trojan is a gathering name for malicious code that gets complete access over your device and opens a backdoor that allows a user to control your device.
Good news is that unless your iPhone is jailbroken your safe.
There are very few people (if any) that actually have an exploit that allow regular iPhones to be infected by a trojan like malware.
- Will other computer be infected by virus through my iPhone 4 and iCloud? My old laptop (windows) have some virus, but I already delete it. And I reformat my laptop, and I have iTunes and connected to my iPhone 4. So if I buy a new laptop wether it is Mac or windows Will it be infected to a virus?
- Why people like iPhones? I can't never get people who like iphones to give a good reason, why? Some say it easy, but a lot have no clue on how to use their own phones. Can someone explain something useful that great about iphone? Everything they think is special other phones have been doing for years.
- Why don't iPhones work well? IPhones break easily and are laggy? Hi. I have an iPhone 5 and I have many problems with it. Whenever I type on my iPhone 5, the texts that I type come out like 5 seconds after I type them. It's very unresponsive and lagging. My previous iPhone broke in just 2 years. Is Nokia a better brand than Apple?
- Why does my iPhone sometimes send texts to other iPhones as iMessages then regular texts to iPhones? Like when I send a text to my friend that has an iphone, it usually sends as an iMessage then it will randomly send as just a regular text and it will be green and not blue.
