Can My Deleted Texts Be Seen?

Okay I'm super paranoid! My dad smelt weed it the house (Yes I was smoking, don't judge). I'm going into secretive mode and ditching my stash until the blows over but if he reads my texts I'm screwed. I have an AT&T iPhone. I deleted all my text related to weed but if he goes onto an account and see my deleted ones? Or is the away to delete them from the account? I know his passwords. This is really important I'm not worried about myself it's the other people that are involved. I could care less if I get caught I just don't want them to be screwed over cause of me. I'm a 14 year old girl that getting caught would really mess things up for me. ALSO those haters who are all don't smoke weed t bad. Your one little comment won't change my mind

Ok her is what I assume ever since the patriot act passed. That everything is being recorded on some level. To tell you the truth your probably fine. Just take this as a lesson and try and avoid using text for things that are illegal. Honestly at the age you ate at the consequences can't really get too severe. Not compared to when you come of age. Just read the article bellow and try and keep it in mind that you are in fact always being recorded. It's just whether you raise any red flags is the real question. Also their are some serious medical consequences for smoking at your age. I would say hold off a few years until you've reached your mental potential. Don't mean to sound like a parent here I don't think its wrong to smoke. Just not the best for you right now.
