Can my iPhone 4 be repaired?

My iPhone got water damage and it won't charge but everything else works. Is it possible for someone to fix it so it can charge or would I have to get a brand new phone?

You can take it to Verizon and pay 50 dollars for a new one if your on a contract

Put in the refrigerator, and if that does not work than take it into the phone store.

Most likely all you would have to do is get a new battery. It's the easiest part in the entire iPhone to change/switch out, or you could take it somewhere to be repaired. Or of course, you could get a new one probably from your carrier or from apple directly.

The glass is completely shattered and the screen is black when I push the button. I can only see it light up slightly at the bottom. Is this something that can be repaired?
