Just connect your Iphone to your Wi-Fi
after that
go to settings > general > software update

It should say io6 now available would you like to upate and click yes.

As long as your iDevice is plugged into wall power (using the included AC adapter), and hooked up to Wi-Fi, you can go under System Preferences > General > Software Update… And download and install the update.
