Can my work monitor my iphone if I connect to their Wi-Fi?

So I was on disability from work for like 3 months. I started back last week, and like an idiot visited a NSFW site on my phone forgetting that my phone automatically signed me back into the company Wi-Fi which was saved on my phone. So my first question is, will my company be able to see this? Second question, how can they identify someone from an iPhone, will something pop up saying specifically "so and so's iPhone"? And lastly, this incident happened 4 days ago and so far no one has said anything to me about it. Am I in the clear, or will it be stored forever and they could look it up say like a month from and it'll still be there? I'd appreciate any input.

Can you be monitored? Yes.

Are you being monitored? Most likely, no. Just don't keep doing it and you'll be fine.

It depends how strict and vigilant the IT policy is. It is possible to track where someone visits, and you would normally have been informed of this before signing up to the IT policy. If you have not been made aware then this could rightly be considered a breach of your privacy.
Your iphone will broadcast a unique name when it is connected to the Wi-Fi, so this can be identified relatively easily from the log files that are generated

All this is dependent on them having a strict IT policy with dedicated IT staff support. So its difficult to be sure whether they capture this data or not
