Can playing iTunes music full-blast through earbuds for 15-20 minutes every night reduce my sharp hearing? If so, how long will it take?

I'm trying to dull my sense of hearing so that I will stop being extremely disturbed by all of the noises outside my home that wake me up regularly (despite my wearing NRR 33 earplugs) and induce extreme stress even when I'm awake, such as airplane roars, waste-collection vehicle sounds, and neighbors talking and playing music outside.

That will make you deaf eventually. Not worth it

No…

  • My hearing got much better. I thought hearing never healed I used to listen to a lot of music and, on my iphone, i'd listen comfortably with all but two bars. Now half the vomume is loud enough for me, with same phone and earbuds
  • Left Earbud on every set of Earbuds keeps cutting out? Hey guys I have a bit of a dilemma right now, I've searched everywhere to figure this out but I can't find the answer. I was hoping someone could help me! I have the iPhone 5 and it's almost a year old so not very old. On EVERY set of earbuds the left earbud keeps crackling in and out with the song or just goes completely silent. Anyone else have this issue? I've tried blowing into the jack, and the adapter on my lifeproof case. I'm kinda at a loss now.
  • IPhone 4S stops playing music but shows that its playing? My iPhone 4S is experiencing yet another problem. Now it will randomly stop playing music. The volume slider just disappears and it shows that the song continues to play. I have tried different headphones, no headphones, a hard resart, and twice tried a software reset( once to local backup and once to factory settings). Anybody have any other ideas of what could be wrong?
  • IPhone 4S music stops playing by itself while playing music? - 1 My iPhone 4S sometimes stops playing music by itself while I'm playing music. This occurs while my phone is on standby/locked mode; that is I'm not using any apps and it brings up siri randomly? Any advice?
