Can samsung galaxy s3 send a FREE text message to iphone 4s by using Wi-Fi?

If I have Thai number sim card in my samsung galaxy s3. I use the network called AIS. And I have to go Singapore. Sure the network AIS will not be available in Singapore… But can I still text friends in Thailand with my Thai number by using Wi-Fi connection?

I'm not in Singapore yet but I'm curious.

  • Why won't my 5c send a message as MMS when it's a long message to a non iPhone user? Whenever I type a LONG message to an SMS user (says Text Message in the messaging "box") my 5c won't convert to MMS and the recipient gets the message in dozens of out of order messages instead of the whole fluid message.   • Sending picture message problem from samsung galaxy s3 to iphone 4s? My friend who has the samsug galaxy s3 is trying to send me picture messages to my iphone 4s. But whenever i get the picture message on my iphone 4, it says A Picture/Video Message! The image file ___2.png is not supported and was deleted. Why is this happening? How can we fix this?
