Can sweaty hands damage and iPhone SE?
I only just purchased one today, however I can't buy a case until Saturday - my hands oversweat often, with this sweat getting all over the phone during use - could this somehow damage the internals in any way shape or form?

It can damage your phone over time, not just overnight. It would be wiser to get a case for the phone.
If liquid of any type, including sweat, gets INSIDE the phone, yes it can cause problems. The salt from your sweat is NOT going to be the best thing for the metal inside the phone to come in contact with, so for those over sweaty hands, you may way to use some antiperspirant on them.
