Can't add music from itunes to my iphone 4s?
I'm trying to add a song from my laptop to my iphone 4s, it is updated with the latest ios and my itunes is also up to date. The writing is grey instead of black and I don't know what to do? Help please!
Added (1). I have 6.4GB left and I have bought songs off itunes actually through my phone. It is a song that I had on my phone but accidentally deleted so I should have enough space left to put it back on.
Added (2). The song is also in my itunes library.
I had that problem, for me it meant i had no space left for music on my phone
The reason why your itunes is showing the grey color is because itunes can't find the song so drag the song into itunes so it knows that its there i hope i helped.

- Why isn't iTunes letting me add music to my iPhone 5? I added a bunch of songs that were on my mom's computer earlier today and they all transferred fine, but i still had more songs on MY computer so i went to transfer them but they're not letting me.
