Can't find balance on iPhone 4S (iOS 8.0.2)?

I've tried Settings > Phone > SIM Applications > My Account > My Balance but then it always says 'message sent' and nothing happens. Any help?

Check with your network provider what combination they use to call up the balance, go to your dial application, put it in and press CALL button

Would my owed balance to verizon affect my eligibility for an at&t iphone? I want to buy an at&t iphone, yet I owe verizon a very large sum of money. I do intend to start paying that bill gradually come May. However, I'm wondering if this will show as poor credit in referance to getting an iphone.

Transfer apple id balance to another account I bought an Ipod Touch and loaded it with a gift card, i now have £7.18 I now bought an iphone but i want two separate accounts, my current one with credit for my iphone and the other for my ipod touch which has no credit. That is how I want it to end up as. Thank you very much in advance! Basically can i remove my apple id from my ipod and put it on my iphone? i don't want to use the same account for both.
Payment showing up in email but not on account balance? I just sold my iPhone 4 on craigslist for $400 but for shipping he have me $500(lives in Nigeria) and on my email it says I got the money but on my account balance it says $0.00!
