Can't redownload Skype for my iPhone 3
So basically, I had Skype for my iPhone 3 (currently running on iOS 6 and unable to get iOS 7) and I deleted the app because it was acting up. I thought I would be able to download it again, but it said I was unable to. Is there a way I can get it back on my iPhone?
Added (1). Yes, it does say it requires iOS 7. But I was wondering if there was a way I could get it anyway.

- Why can't I sign into SKYPE from my IPHONE Yesterday, my iPhone 4 broke so I got a new one (also an iPhone 4). Before I got the new phone, I was able to sign into Skype from my iphone. Even now I can sign into Skype from my computer, but the problem is that I can't sign in from my new iphone -- this is a problem because it is the only way I can call my deaf grandmother from out of the country when I'm not at home. So why can't I sign in from my iPhone?
- Why can't I redownload my apps after iOS 7? I updated my iPhone 4 to the new iOS 7, but when I go to redownload my apps in the App Store they just say 'Open' there's no download option. Can someone help me?
- This morning I deleted WhatsApp from my iPhone, now I can't redownload it? So I deleted my account & the app but now I downloaded the app again. It asks for my phone number but when after I type it & click "Done" an error message comes up saying "Could not connect to WhatsApp Service. Please try again later." I already tried deleting and redownloading the app a few times. I tried rebooting my phone. Is it because I have to use a different number than the one I was using before?
- IOS 7. If I delete my apps, will I be able to redownload them? Ok so as you all know the iPhone has an update, iOS 7.It needs 3.1GB to download but I only have 1.3GB of storage. It's asking me to delete some things so that the phone can update. My question is, if I delete my apps will I be able to redownload them once the update is finish? I don't know how to put this but like Is the 3.1GB JUST for the update ONLY (3.1 dissappears after update is done) or is that just space I need to be able to update? Hope I didn't confuse anyone.
