Can't send any text messages on iPhone 3GS?
I have just recently jailbroken my iPhone 3GS and unlocked it for use with T-Mobile. The Wi-Fi works, data works, and I can call with my phone fine; however, whenever I try to send a text message to ANY ONE, it fails to deliver (I get the red exclamation point). No matter how many times I click "try again", the message fails to send. Is there a way to fix this! Also, the camera option next to the text box is "greyed out" so to say; that is, I can't click on it at all so I would have to go to my camera roll and attach a picture instead of just taking one then and there. How can I fix that as well!
The Jailbreak did something, probably need some updated firmware.
- Why can't I send photos in text messages on my iphone 5s? I can't get any photos to send from my messages unless it's using imessage or i have cellular data on. I'm connected to Wi-Fi and it still doesn't work. On my old basic phone I could send pictures with just service and I have the same carrier.
- What can i do if my Iphone 3gs won't send text mesages anymore? My phone is a hand me down and i put my old sim in and it was doing fine for about 1 month when all of a sudden it won't send SMS anymore. I haven't upgraded it or installed any thing. I've tried alot of methods but all failed.
- My iPhone won't send or receive any text messages? My iPhone 4 can't receive or send any texts/iMessages. When I try to send a message it doesn't show the little red 'error' circle or anything, the text will appear and it will say sending and as it's finished loading it'll just disappear. No one receives my texts and I don't get theirs. What should I do?
- My iPhone 4 receives and sends text messages but can't send or receive photos? Barely bought a new iPhone 4, put my sim card into it and the iphone won't let me receive or send picture texts. I can send message texts and receive them, but not picture ones. It keeps giving me an error (red exclamation point) on by my picture. Tried all your suggestions. Still doesn't work and yes I can attach to emails and stuff but just can't text photos.
