Can the Apple store replace my iphone 4?
Well, I'll just cut to the chase.
my iphone 4 is severely cracked in the front, the audio is pretty much broken, and a piece of the white screen has chipped off. Some of my apps just open up randomly and the volume changes by itself and whenever i'm on an app, i have to restart my whole iphone because the home button doesn't work anymore. Can apple replace it if i go to the store? Or do i have to buy a brand new one? I have verizon if it matters.
Apple warranty doesn't cover anything that you caused to break your device like cracking your screen. If anything internal happened without you causing it then Apple will cover that under warranty.
- Will Apple store or AT&T replace my iphone 5? - 1 My iphone 5 was fine till I updated it, my down volume botton stopped working and it started skipping songs, there should be no reason for me to pay for another phone since I didn't have nothing to do with breaking it, I didn't drop it since I got it three months ago, will they replace my phone or fix it?
- Is there a store besides Apple that can replace the battery on my Iphone 5s? About a week ago my phone s battery started dying really fast. And I mean extremely fast. It barely lasts 5-6 hours, it shuts off at high percentages. So now I'm scared that the battery is dead and I'm only 14 so I can't pay 87 dollars to Apple. Does anyone know a store that can replace the battery at a lower cost? Or is it even the battery? I'm not sure it is. I will get an appointment to Apple to see if it is the battery dying or not but could it be something else?
- Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
- If I take my iphone to the apple store will they replace it? The lock button on my iphone is broken & doesn't work, So if I take it the the apple store will they replace it since i have warranty? Would I have to pay anything?
