Yes. IOS 12 supports every device that can run iOS 11. I'd be worried if Apple's newest phone couldn't run the latest version of IOS.
Right now iOS 12 is only available to people with a paid developer account. It'll soon be a public beta however I recommend staying away from the beta and installing the final version around September time. Installing beta versions can result in your device messing up and you'll have to restore to IOS 11, losing all of your data.
I don't see why not. Apple still supports the iPhone 5s from September 2013 with iOS 12 so their latest phone would more than be supported.
- Will the price of the iphone 6 go down by january? My contract ends in january and i was gonna get a smartphone for christmas but i can wait until the contract is up, i really don't want to spend much more than $500 so really depending on the iphone 6 price at that time decides whether i get 6 or 5s. I think i could stretch my budget to at most $650 (btw i want to get 64gb)

- When getting a replacement iPhone do apple give you the same model or a newer model? I have an iPhone 5 and on Tuesday I'm getting a replacement because of the battery. Would the "geniuses" give me a newer model (like the iPhone 5c or IPhone 5s) or the same model.

So i was thinking about getting the Iphone 4s In January 2014, but i know that is already dated but it is all i can afford… But by 2016 do you think Apple will still be releasing more and more phones? Because if they do this put me off getting the 4s? Don't be rude… It's all i can afford.
