Can You Access a Disabled iPhone 5 on a IMac that is new to the iphone?

Can you access it, like can you view videos and pictures While it is updating and restoring and plus it's a new Computer for the iphone and the software for iphone is it's the Io7 btw.

If the phone has been disabled by its owner, you can't do anything with it without the owner's Apple ID and password. Otherwise it's a paperweight.

  • Why can't i access a particular website on my windows phone when you can from an iphone? I have a jokia lumia 925 on windows with Three. I can't seem to access the page https://portal.aerlingus.com. It just loads a blank screen instead of a screen with login options. I see people can access it on their iphone. I tried from a different browser using opera mini but it did the same. Any thoughts?
