Can you build Iphone apps with Xcode? I have no programming experience?
Do you need to know how to program using Objective-C? I have an App I want to develop, but I wasn't sure if Xcode is step by step. Can anyone make an App? Also if I need to pay a programmer, how much would it cost? I live in Pennsylvania.

Yes you can make it using Xcode and you can download Xcode for free on Apple's website or from the Mac App Store. Here I should point out that Xcode can only be installed on a Mac laptop or desktop running OS X.
And yes you must have the atleast basic knowledge about objective-c.
