Added (2). As if, is it possible to call Apple or Apple Store from Eastern Europe to buy an Iphone in the US and have it sent to them?
Hope by "cheaper" you aren't looking at the $199/299/399 prices, since those are contract prices (for 2 years) & have to be American to get them at those prices.
No, Apple US doesn't ship outside of the US & same for any country specific Apple site/store.

- One of my friends want to send me an iphone 7+ battery case for a test, but i don't have an iphone 7 +. Will you receive his gift? My friend makes a model for iphone 7+, then he produced many battery case, and he wants me to test his new battery case before it is on sale. But i don't have any iphone, so i can't test it. My brother buys & rents a lot of movies via his AppleTV. I want to get him an iTunes gift card but am not sure if buying movies on the AppleTV works through iTunes. Would an iTunes gift card work for this purpose? I know it may have to be redeemed on a phone/computer but I want to know if it can then be used on the AppleTV.
