Can you buy the iPhone 6 straight up. No monthly cost
Not even for texts and calls
Yes, you can purchase an "unlocked" iPhone 6.
Think so
Yes but you will have to paid a lot more money without any services
Sure. You can buy the basic 6s phone from Apple with no phone or digital service for $549. It will work with a wi-fi system you may have access to but walking down the street you won't be able to text or phone.
Yes but you really want to get the 6s because a 6s SIM free can be used with more phone companies than a iphone 6 unlocked.
You might need to use someone's SIM card long enough to set it up but after you can use it as an iPod Touch with Wi-Fi only
Yes. But if you are not going to use the phone part, get a Ipod 6 instead.
Yes and if you have an iPhone an Apple Store will buy it from you and put that money towards a new one. However if you aren't going to use it for the phone I suggest an iPod. An itouch would be most like an iPhone without the phone, texting, and internet (although itouch can connect to Wi-Fi)
Yes. We in India have to buy straight up. No contracts here.
