Can you control someone elses iPhone?
Is there a way of hacking into someone elses iPhone either from a computer or from another iPhone? So I can either control their phone or see what there doing on it?
Yes, there are way to do this but you must a very experienced hacker. You must know a lot of experience with command line, protocols, IP addresses, etc. Most iPhone must be jailbroken with the application "Terminal" installed from Cydia.

No there's not a way to do this on an iPhone unless it is jailbroken. Apple sign every third party app that is installed on the iPhone and there's no way for you to hack it.
Yes, someone has done this to us but we do not know how. They were even able to control our music selections while playing music, as well as listen to our conversations, make calls to other people, delete contacts, etc. The hacker had attached her own phone to our network through our AppleID but I don't know how they took it over beyond that. She has manipulated both 4s and 5s models.
