Can you downgrade ios 8.2 to 7.1 or 7.2?

Is there anyway you can downgrade an iPhone 5 on iOS 6.1.4 to 6.1.2? I didn't upgrade my iPhone to iOS 6.1.4, when I bought my new iPhone it was already on the firmware 6.1.3. I would like to downgrade to iOS 6.1.2 or 6.1.3 if it can be jailbroken with that firmware. I want to downgrade so I can jailbreak it. Please give HELPFUL information. Please and thank you

How to downgrade iOS 6 to iOS 5.1.1? I downloaded the iOS 6 update to my iPhone on the 19th when it was released to the public. I don't like it at all. One of the reasons is because I'm not able to jailbreak it and install cydia. Does anyone know of a way to install iOS 5.1.1 back on to the iPhone? Has anyone done it successfully?
