Can you file a tort against Apples iOS 7?

I feel I have been wronged. My iPhone was Nice before iOS 7. This is not what I payed for. If you bought a computer and you upgraded anything you are always able to down grade, if it does not workout.
Apple on the other hand force's us to keep what I feel is a downgrade.
I feel the they owe me punitive damages for all the frustration iOS 7 has caused me.
I know there are many people that feel the same way.
How do I Start a tort if I can?
Money is not a problem and I'm sure I will get reimbursed for legal fees.

Find yourself a lawyer and then prove that Apple prevented you from doing backups that you could use to revert back to an earlier version if you wanted to, and you might have a case.

Don't worry about your legal fees. If you won this case you'd be famous and you'd make tons of money from talk shows and product endorsements from other phone companies.
