Of course you can.
You can also use a suitable Android smartphone.
Without a smartphone - No, or at least not with the type of fitbit watch I've seen.
The very first part of the set-up instructions require you to install the fitbit app on a smartphone (iphone or android) and then the rest of the setup and preparing it for use is done from the smartphone app.
I helped a relative set one up a few days ago, a "Charge 3" model.
- What's the best Fitbit to get? What are their differences? I have seen my friends withthem and seem awesome. I just joined weight watchers and have been slowly but surley loosing weight. I want to buy one, possibly on Amazon prime but there are so many choices. I have an Iphone 6 plus. Would like it to track my cal burned steps and stairs. Not so worried about heart rate because id on't really know why I need to know that.
- I have an Apple iPhone 5S. Can I receive and SEND texts on any kind of FITBIT? I believe I read somewhere that you can receive texts on the new FitBit Versa… But can you send texts on it too? I have an Apple iPhone 5S and my provider is Verizon if that matters.
- How to sync fitbit to iphone 4s? I just got the new fitbit. I'm trying to sync it through Bluetooth but for some reason the Bluetooth is not recognizing the fitbit. Is there an effective way to making it sync.
- Free Iphone apps like Fitbit? To use Fitbit, I think you need to buy Fitbit Flex. Do you know of any free ios app that tracks your steps, squats, sit ups etc?
