You can jailbreak it using several websites. Just type in "jailbreak iPhone 3GS" into Google. Mostly all of the links that come up in results will work. Make sure you backup your phone to iTunes on your computer before you try it, because sometimes jailbreaking it will wipeout your phone. Hope I was of use.
