Responses in order of questions asked:

If "it" is available for sale at their website, yes, I can.

Yes.

We have no way to know if you can. Specifically, you need to be able to pay for what is ordered.

We don't know how you expect to keep the order and payment hidden from your parents. Just having the phone won't be much use. For proper operation, you will need an account set up with a cell phone service provider and for that you need to be 18 or older, with decent credit (or set up a pre-pay account). Since people under 18 typically can't sign a binding contract, they generally can't have their own cell phone service account. So… Most folks under 18 are using cell phones on an account managed by their parent/guardian.

Order anything? Pretty much.
A phone? I don't see why not.
iPhone X? More than likely.
Without parents knowing? Make your own account I guess.

If you want to buy a phone, as long as you have a debit card, you can pay full retail for Any phone you have money to pay for. If you are under 18, you will not be able to create new service with a new carrier that is post paid. Pay as you go or prepaid will be your only options.

Now you can add any phone to your current account (family account I will assume), but your folks will find out sooner or later.
