Can you put an unlocked Virgin Mobile iPhone on another prepaid service?

Like say I had a Virgin Mobile iPhone and wanted to put it on Boost Mobile (who doesn't offer the iPhone) could i? Or would i need to find another prepaid service that doesn't require SIM cards that offers the iPhone? Just curious.

If you purchased the phone from Virgin Mobile than it probably is not an unlocked phone. However, if it is an unlocked phone you should be able to stick the SIM card from Boost Mobile into the phone, activate it, and have service from them. As long as the SIM card fits and it doesn't violate any of Boost Mobile's policies.

Virgin Mobile phone ONLY work with Virgin Mobile
They can't be flashed or unlocked for a different company
VM phones do Not use Sim cards

I bought a prepaid Virgin Mobile iPhone 8GB and I'm wondering how I can port my number and contacts and memory n ***. XD Should I call Virgin Mobile to do it or go to Best Buy, which is where I got and activated the Elite? Quickest way possible please.

I've tried a few times and it just keeps saying no service after searching, I've kept trying and once it actually showed virgin mobile with bars and Lte for less than a min but than it went to no service. This is originally a gsm phone but has been unlocked and many other people who unlocked their AT&T or t mobile iPhones were able to use it on a cdma network but why am I struggling. • Can you use an unlocked Iphone with Virgin Mobile? I recently found out that Virgin Mobile now sells Iphones with their beyond talk plans. I've always wanted one but they can get real expensive! I would consider getting one if the plan is only 55 bucks a month. I'm not really sure how these types of things work but if I was able to get my hands on an unlocked Iphone would I be able to use that to register it with Virgin Mobile or would I have to buy one from them for it to work?
