normal if you have proof of purchase and it is not a fault caused after purchase by accident or neglect etc you can take it back to the place you bought it from
if it was bought on a credit card it may be insured for a short period
If you drop it and it cracks, it wasn't faulty, you broke it.
Brand new and purchased from them? I would think so. Used? Very unlikely.

- Will apple swamp Iphone SE if it has a dent on the bottom left corner? My phone has completely shut down it will not turn back on. It is totally unresponsive and all the methods the apple rep has told me to try will not work. I'm finally going to send it in for repair through the mail and hopefully they'll fix it. But will the dent prevent them from swapping the phone all together does anyone know?
