Can you still trade in your iphone for credit towards a new one if you cracked the screen?
I've had my phone for 2 years now and just yesterday i dropped it and it cracked pretty badly. I visited the apple website to see how much my phone is worth but i couldn t find anything about eligibility once its cracked.
Yes, they started allowing phones with cracked screens to be traded in last year. You'll obviously get less than you normally would if it wasn't cracked.
The screen has to be fixed by APPLE, if it is done anywhere else they (APPLE) can refuse to do the trade in (if that is what the deal is).
Could ask Apple Support via Twitter. I'd expect 2 answers, either it would be but of course at a reduced value or they wouldn't at all.
- Is Verizon wireless still doing the trade in your old iphone for the new iPhone promotion? This has really been a mess. I've read the it ended on the 30th but on the website it says I still can trade it in and other resources also state that I can still trade it in. Is it too late or not?
- Is tbere any major différence between thé iPhone 6 and the 6s? Whooppeee is Xmas again and my daughter wants new 2nd hand) iPhone… 2 years ago almost bought her 5 before i réaliséd that it was 5s she wanted ( cos thé 5 sucks?) And I don't want to screw up this year…
- If I fix my slightly cracked screen on my iPhone 4s, can I trade it in with Verizon? I've seen the promotion that Verizon is offering right now for a $200 gift card when users trade in an old iPhone. The only problem is that the screen must not be cracked, and I just put a small crack in mine last weekend. Since I have a 4, it is relatively cheap to fix the screen, but I do not know Verizon's policy on accepting fixed phones. Will they still accept it/be able to tell that I have replaced the screen?
- Does BestBuy make you pay a down payment when you trade-in your phone for another one? I previously purchased an iPhone 7 from BestBuy and wanted to trade-in my phone for a bigger screen. Will they require me to make a down payment again?
