You can't just switch them. You will basically have to buy the black one straight out.
Yep! Go to your nearest apple store or your cellular plan's store and just ask about trading. If you haven't damaged it and it hasn't been opened, than they will just trade it. If you have opened it then i'm not sure they will let you just trade it, you may need to pay for a new one.
