Can you trade ios 7 iPhones for ios 6?
I have the iphone 5 and I'm not happy with ios 7 can I trade mine for the ios 6 software?

It didn't allow user to downgrade the iOS!
Apple won't replace the phone if it's functioning properly on iOS 7. There's no way to downgrade from iOS 7, and I don't understand why you would want to with the new features in iOS 7.
